The World Wildlife Fund has declared that global warming, a phenomenon most scientists agree to be caused by human beings in burning fossil fuels, will create havoc among migratory birds by altering the environment in ways harmful to their habitats.
实际补充完整的句子成分应该是that most scientists agree that(phenomenon)is caused by 吗?

The Arthritis Research Institute of America advises women of color that they have twice the likelihood to get osteoarthritis of the knee as do White women.
这道题我是根据比较对象排除ce,通过like hood搭配排除a,留下bc,一个是that,一个是of,就根据从句优先原则选了b;但是下面这道题我也根据从句优先原则我在ce中选了c,答案是选的allow sth to do而不用allow that。

The computer company registered a $16 million net loss for the year, largely because it was profitable only overseas, where much of their profits were used for paying higher taxes, while continuing to lose money in North America.

About 5 million acres in the United States have been invaded by leafy spurge, a herbaceous plant from Eurasia with milky sap that gives mouth sores to cattle, displacing grasses and other cattle food and rendering rangeland worthless.
A displacing and rendering既可以是mikly sap发出,也可以是前面acres被侵略的结果。
